Subject Matter Expert on IDs consulting on the development of a new title management system, informing decisions surrounding future state, hierarchy, and ID structure. Responsible for conducting and documenting research on ID and content hierarchy construction, usage, and organization.
Performed extensive UAT on Universal Studio Group’s content ideation tool in the lead up to product launch. Responsible for data verification, user acceptance testing, and user story testing.
